The 13th Divisional Meeting of HEAD will be held at the beautiful Portola Hotel and Spa in Monterey, California on April 7 - 11, 2013. In addition to the a broad range of special sessions, including public policy sessions, we are also offering meeting space for missions and programs that are either in the planning or operational stage. Those wishing to secure space for such mission and program evening sessions should reserve space through the HEAD Secretary, Randall Smith at headsec@aas.org. The anticipated number of participants should be specified, and while there is no room charge, a cost will be incurred if A/V facilities are required. A web site for the meeting and the announcement of important dates will appear in the near future.
