The 17th Divisional Meeting - Talks and Posters

Talks

Main session talks will be held in the Deanza Ballroom II & III.  Parallel sessions will be held in the Serra Ballroom II. 

Talks during the contributed oral sessions should in general be 15 minutes long in total (we suggest 12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for questions & answers). Presenters at special sessions should contact the session organizer for information on talk length.

All oral presentations should be uploaded to the Warpspeed system no later than 2 hours before the presentation, and preferably by COB the day prior to the presentation. Details on uploading your presentation to Warpspeed is available at the HEAD 17 Warpspeed information page.

Posters

Posters should fit within an area of 44" x 44".  Posters should be displayed after 1pm Sunday afternoon March 17 and taken down by 2pm Thursday March 21. Posters will be displayed for the entire meeting.
